Great company. Much more thorough cleaning than either Servicemaster or Stanley Steamer. Ken was done packed up and leaving when I noticed our dog had peed due to being stressed out in a spot that had not been cleaned. They are the best carpet cleaners I have ever used. I would never call anyone else to clean our carpet again. Ken spent quite a long time preparing the carpet before cleaning it and did such an awesome job. The carpet was dry within a couple hours and looks great even though it’s 15 years old. I was always hesitant to get the carpet cleaned as it never seems the same once you clean it. This is not the case with Brown’s Chem Dry and I will be cleaning every year. It doesn’t get saturated and comes out wonderlful! Highly recommend!!!
