Mr. Brown and his son were courteous and professional when they cleaned our carpets. They explained the time it’d take & expectations. They left our carpects smelling fresh & looking great. I’d recommend Brown’s Chem-Dry for your carpet care!
It was a lovely experience all around working with Brown’s. They arrived 2 minutes after the estimated arrival! The 2 person team worked efficiently and even helped with a little extra. I did not feel pressured when I originally called to schedule service and did do one upgrade after hearing the extra value it would add.
Great company. Much more thorough cleaning than either Servicemaster or Stanley Steamer. Ken was done packed up and leaving when I noticed our dog had peed due to being stressed out in a spot that had not been cleaned. It was 8:30PM and when I stopped Ken when he was driving out he very willing set everything up again to clean that single spot. Above and beyond! Great people and I highly recommend!
Professional, friendly and on time with a short notice! I have never used an upholstery cleaner before but I certainly will use them in the future!!

I relied on Brown’s Chem-Dry twice in one month. One for a horrible stain on a beautiful area rug that I was sure was wrecked and again when I accidentally spilled almost a 1/4 gallon of milk on my carpet. I attempted to clean it myself but by the second day the smell was horrendous and they came out within the day! The carpet is clean and the smell was resolved quickly! I highly highly recommend them!

Ken is so conscientious and did a thorough job. I loved that I didn’t have to vacuum first. Made our carpet, which is about 18 years old, look new again. I definitely recommend their company and will be using his services again.
We have used Brown’s Chem-Dry several times for our carpet cleaning and are very pleased with their results. They are timely, thorough, professional and yet friendly. We have not been disappointed and would recommend them. The process they use seems to dry quicker than some cleaners and there is never any residue. We got a puppy last December and so there were stains from her and Ken got all of the stains out. Then we had him apply a pet protective coating. He really works hard and the results are amazing!
I had old soap in my carpet that attracted dirt. I didn’t think would come out, the carpet was 20 years old and it turned out beautiful! We also burn wood so also dirty from that. It all came out and didn’t resurface. He was quick also and very professional. I will have them return once a year now.
We had carpets cleaned in 3 rooms and stains removed from a couple areas in other rooms, also our couch and 2 large pillows were cleaned. Very happy with results, as our carpets had not been cleaned in almost 3 years. The couch is much nicer, too. Everything feels wonderful! Ken Brown is polite and very professional. I am very pleased with the results of my services. Ken cleaned my sectional, dining chairs and area rug. He is meticulous and took his time cleaning the sectional and it looks great. My dining chairs were probably the worst but now they look almost new again. They were great to work with and I recommend this company.
Our office carpets have not been cleaned in over 6 years and being a manufacturing facility the carpets were super, super dirty from welding dust, tracked in mud, grease, oil, and who knows what. For a super reasonable price, Brown’s Chem Dry came in and got it all out. The before and after was amazing – the carpets look new again. Definitely deserve the 5 start rating.

Brown’s Chem-Dry arrived on time, was informative as to the process he would be using to clean my carpets. He was thorough and my almost 20 year carpet was like new when he left and love that harsh chemicals were not used, and prices were reasonable. I will definitely be asking them back.

We had severe water damage on living room carpet…we had rusty spots and they were removed completely! We had the rest of the house carpet done also and it had never been so clean. We liked the idea of using less water in the cleaning. Completely satisfied.
Ken came on time as promised. Walked through, told us what he’d do and the cost. He set to work, was very professional and explained any issues he found as he went. Brown’s Chem-Dry has been cleaning our carpets for a few years now. They did a great job. We were able to have them come out within a weeks time to clean the carpets. The next day courtesy call to follow up with the service provided is appreciated. It’s important to support local small businesses when possible.

Ken Brown did a very thorough cleaning on my stair steps, hallway, area rugs and recliner. He was very careful and protected my laminate flooring. He worked extremely hard without taking any breaks!! I was very satisfied with the results and thought he took his time doing an excellent job. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ken did an excellent job removing odors and stains from my furniture after having my daughter and her family stay with me over the summer which were a family of seven including small children and 2 dogs. Everyone that came into the house noticed the improvement right away.
